Computer IT Worker
When needed: August 2011 onwards
Job summary:
- - Five days a week position
- - Responsible for the general up keep of college computers (21)
- - Servicing Staff computers (10+)
- - Maintaining college server, IT network, ADSL
- - Making new videos for youtube/our website
- - Library: putting videos into DVD format with menu function
- - Oversee maintenance and use of electronic equipment (sound system, projectors, dvd players etc.)
- - Assisting in other tasks when time allows (admin, maintenance, etc.)
- Requirements:
- - Minimum commitment of one-year (Aug to July)
(shorter commitments may be considered) - - Raise own support (no salary)
- - Basic English

Would you like to give one year to the work of Cornerstone? As we do not have a long term cook/caterer at the moment, we are urgently looking for a volunteer to cook five days a week for the college community (approx. 80 people) and oversee the catering.

- Would you like to give one year to the work of Cornerstone? With 80 people living on the campus of Cornerstone, there are many practical jobs that need doing. For the coming year, we are looking for someone to help look after the many guests that stay at Cornerstones. Beds need to be made, welcome cards be made ready. Beside the household tasks, you will probably also be involved in some of the other practical jobs that need to be done in the college.

- Would you like to give one year to the work of Cornerstone? Every year, we have students come from different countries to study at Cornerstone. Some of our students have children younger than 4 years old. To make it possible for the parents to study, Cornerstone runs a daytime childcare centre. For the coming year, we are looking for someone to help in our child care centre. Beside this work, you may also be involved in some of the other practical jobs that need to be done in the college.
