Teamwork & Conflict Management

The course is designed to provide understanding of team dynamics, especially in a multicultural setting. Cornerstone's programme offers ample opportunity for team work; in teams for worship, ministry, daily duty, mentoring groups. A special focus will be on conflict management, introducing students to the dynamics of a conflict and providing guidelines on understanding and strategies for solving a conflict.
