Code of Conduct – Complaint procedure

Prospective students

At Cornerstone we are committed to treating students in a fair way that is in full compliance with the Code of Conduct. If you as a prospective student feel that Cornerstone has not treated you in accordance with the Code of Conduct, please send an email to: info@cornerstonestonecollege.eu, briefly describing your complaint. Together with you we will do our best to solve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint is dealt with, you can submit a petition to the National Commission, as specified in Section 4, article 14 of the Rules and Regulations and send it to: info@internationalstudy.nl

Students

At Cornerstone we are committed to treating students in a fair way that is in full compliance with the Code of Conduct. If you are studying at Cornerstone and you feel that Cornerstone has not treated you fairly and/or in breach of the Code of Conduct, please file an internal complaint as described here.

If you are not satisfied with the final outcome of your complaint and you believe Cornerstone to have acted in breach of the Code of Conduct, you can submit a petition to the National Commission, as specified in Section 4, article 14 of the Rules and Regulations and send it to: info@internationalstudy.nl
